This Legal Notice contains the provider information required by Italian and European Union law, together with the rules that apply to the content published on https://elvarnette.shop. It supplements our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Provider identification

Information pursuant to Article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 on electronic commerce:

Elvarnette is a purely online retailer and does not operate a retail shop open to the public.

2. Consumer information, prices, and dispute resolution

Consumer dispute resolution. Consumers resident in Italy may use the ADR bodies registered with the Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato (AGCM) or contact the European Consumer Centre Italy for assistance. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued. Nothing in this notice affects your right to bring a claim before the court of your place of residence or domicile under Article 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code.

Prices and pre-contractual information. All prices on the Site are total prices in the currency displayed at checkout and include statutory VAT at the Italian rate (currently 22%). Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout; standard delivery is free of charge. The information required by Articles 12, 13, and 49 of the Italian Consumer Code — including on the right of withdrawal, delivery times, and payment methods — is provided on the Site before you place your order and is confirmed in the order confirmation email.

3. Copyright and trademarks

All content on the Site — text, product descriptions, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, page layouts, and the selection and arrangement of content — is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights owned by Elvarnette or its licensors.

You may view, download, and print pages for private, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content and keep all proprietary notices intact. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or commercial exploitation requires our prior written consent.

"Elvarnette" and elvarnette.shop, together with associated logos and product names, are trademarks of Elvarnette. Third-party trademarks appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

4. Reporting infringing content

If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, email hello@elvarnette.shop with the subject "IP Notice" and include:

1. your name, address, and email address;
2. a description of the protected work or right concerned;
3. the exact URL and a description of the allegedly infringing content;
4. a statement of the reasons why you believe the use is unauthorised;
5. a statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on the holder's behalf; and
6. your signature (electronic signature accepted).

We review substantiated notices promptly and remove or disable access to content where the infringement is established. We may inform the party who posted the content and give them an opportunity to respond.

5. Liability for content and links

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law. We are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored by us, or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected; liability in that respect arises only from the moment we become aware of a specific infringement, and we remove the content promptly once we are.

The Site contains links to external websites whose content we do not control. The operator of a linked website is responsible for its own content. We checked linked pages for possible legal violations at the time of linking and found none; permanent monitoring is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation. We will remove links promptly if we become aware of an infringement.

6. Product information, prices, and availability

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials, and contents. Colour reproduction varies between screens, and measurements may differ slightly between units.

All prices on the Site are total prices in the currency displayed and include statutory VAT at the rate applicable in Italy (currently 22%). Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout; standard delivery is free of charge.

Products and prices are subject to change and availability. The price displayed at the moment you place your order applies to that order. If we discover an obvious error before dispatch, we will contact you and you may confirm or cancel the order.

7. No professional advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Product descriptions and guides are general information. If a product could affect your health or safety, consult a qualified professional before use.

8. Accessibility

We want the Site to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. If you encounter a barrier, or need any document on this Site in an accessible format, email hello@elvarnette.shop and we will provide the information or assistance you need within one business day.

9. Electronic communication

By using the Site or emailing us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically, including order confirmations, dispatch notices, and responses to your enquiries. These communications satisfy any legal requirement of written form, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS) and the applicable national provisions.

10. How to send a legal notice

Formal legal notices — including intellectual property complaints, withdrawals, and claims relating to an order — must be sent in writing to:

A notice must identify the sender and a valid reply address, describe the matter with enough specificity to identify the order or content at issue, and state the relief requested. A notice sent to the address above is deemed received on the second business day after dispatch, provided no delivery failure notification is received. Notices sent by social media direct message are not effective legal notice.

We may update this Legal Notice to reflect changes in our business or the law. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update.
